Spark collects the minimum needed to run the registry: your account email, publisher details, the apps you submit, and aggregate discovery events (impressions, views, installs) used for your analytics.

We do not sell personal data. Discovery events are pseudonymous and used to compute funnels for publishers. You can request deletion of your publisher account and its data at any time.

By submitting an app you confirm you have the right to distribute it and that it complies with Spark's content and certification policies.

The $0.99 submission fee covers certification, listing and analytics for that app version. Apps that fail certification receive a fixable issue report; resubmission is included.

Spark may remove or pause any listing that violates policy, impersonates others, or is reported and found in breach.

Every approved version is signed; hosts verify the signature before running the app. Declared permissions are surfaced to users on the listing.

Authentication and data access are protected by row-level security. Report vulnerabilities to security@sparkmobile.app.
